Pauper is a Magic: the Gathering constructed deck variant. Players build decks of 60 or more cards (up to 15 card sideboard). All cards must have been released at common rarity in a Magic set or product. Common promo cards are only legal if the card meets that qualification.
About Magic: the gathering
Created in 1993, Magic: the Gathering (M:tG, or just Magic) was the world’s first trading card game (TCG). Players take turns battling one another by casting spells, summoning creatures, and using artifacts depicted on individual cards drawn from their personalized decks. Magic involves highly strategic gameplay that is customizable to any individual’s play style. It has been played by over 50 million players globally.
